Their work
Life Coaching - I work with women in their 40 plus years who are at a crossroad, feeling stuck, without direction and looking for new ways to experience their lives.
I facilitate a break-free from old patterns that no longer serve them, and uncover their true selves so they can experience authenticity and be more at peace with themselves. I activate them into coming alive around their purpose and get focus. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and embrace a more authentic and peaceful life, I invite you to reach out to me for a consultation.
Together, we can create a personalized plan to help you break free from old patterns and rediscover your true self.
Family Constellations - The single most effective way to uncover inherited emotional traumas and self-destructive patterns! These patterns can cause so much suffering in relationships, depression, finances, motivation, addictions, and illness. They live inside us energetically, affecting us daily. With Family Constellations you can experience a major shift in just one session!
Whether you're new to Family Constellations or already familiar with it, you're warmly invited to join as a participant or observer to learn and experience this powerful healing process.
I offer in person group sessions at Inner Path every second Sunday of the month.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming - is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created in California by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. It is a set of tools that uses the language of the unconscious mind to create shifts in behaviors and beliefs in our old programming to generate a new experience – the one we want.
We will be getting to the bottom of any limiting beliefs and unconscious blocks. We’ll examine and move beyond the deep-seated beliefs that hold you back. By understanding how the energy of the environment has shaped our unconscious beliefs and identifying these limiting belief patterns — it’s possible to bridge the gap to your desired outcome.
