As a Certified Ayurvedic Marmani, I focus on the 107 energetic, vital energy (prana) points of the body. Marma therapy is gentle, direct and supportive care, maximizing the potential of the body to heal itself. Marma is proven effective long distance for all acute and chronic health issues and overall vibrancy of being.
