A range of free cancer support groups for patients, survivors and caregivers in Nevada County, offered through the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation. A healing community where those navigating cancer can find understanding, strength and connection with others who truly get it. The Foundation also runs the Alzheimer’s Outreach Programme and falls prevention resources.
